Tuscan House in Mukhrani

Located in the scenic village of Mukhrani, within the municipality of Mtskheta, is a holiday home project designed to incorporate modern planning principles while retaining elements of the traditional tuscan architecture. The plot spans an area of 4200 m2, characterized by a flat terrain with a gentle slope towards the north.

The ground floor houses several facilities, including a summer area, entrance, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, an office, a bathroom, and storage rooms. The building's facades feature limestone cladding, plastering, and painting, with decorative elements such as ceramic tiles and wooden coils. The openings are furnished with black, aluminum glass windows and iron doors with teal wooden cladding.
