The Tolia brand, the oldest ice-cream brand in Georgia, boasts a unique history and offers affordable products that have made it the leading ice-cream brand in the country. Recently, Tolia has embarked on a new venture, expanding its product line to include high-quality coffee and sweets in addition to ice-cream and shakes.
Our interior design project aimed to create a more sophisticated and accessible ambiance that communicates the brand's new premium quality offerings. We sought to dispel the perception that Tolia is solely a children's favorite in the summer and establish it as a popular destination for anyone seeking quality coffee, cookies, and of course, ice-cream.
To achieve this, we focused on a color palette that prominently features blue, light blue, white, and wooden textures. The lightness and psychology of these colors evoke a sense of calm, sophistication, and trustworthiness, all of which align with the brand's new image.
All furniture used in the project, including the bar, seating, and tables, were locally made. This not only supports the local economy but also adds a unique touch to the design, ensuring that Tolia's interior design is distinctive and memorable.
