The Tbilisi office of Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate agency, was designed with the company's branding in mind. Our team carefully considered the brand's main color of red and incorporated it into a striking metal spiral staircase located near the glass facade. This staircase serves as a captivating focal point, catching the attention of those passing by on the street.
In designing the reception area, we aimed to create an inviting atmosphere that puts visitors at ease. A large, wooden reception desk replaces the traditional, intimidating reception desks often found in corporate offices.
To further infuse the space with local culture, we invited Georgian artists to paint a wall featuring a painting related to real estate, creating a unique and visually striking feature. The high ceiling of the office allowed for the installation of lighting points suspended from long cables, adding an interesting touch to the space.
